Michiel combines food and art at Sergio Herman’s Foodfest

At the third edition of Foodfest, Michiel Verstraten has created an art piece that represents the Dutch provence of Zeeland. He has used locally produced onions to finish the artwork live.

Foodfest has been created by Sergio Herman (The Jane, Pure C), Syrco Bakker (Pure C), Mark Labruyere (Delica Licious) and Petra Gorthmanns (Strandhotel). The theme for the third edition is  Sea and Land.
